tucume & pomac forest

In this delicate dry forests ecosystem of northern Peru is the Pyramids Valley, an archaeological site 33 kilometers north of the city of Chiclayo, and that extends over 220 hectares. Tucume, with its 26 pyramids and dozens of buildings, tells us the history of the Lambayeque, Chimú and Inca cultures that are observed in combined constructions.

The dry forest also offers the visitor an extraordinary place with a unique biodiversity in the north of the Peruvian coast with semi-arid or very arid areas.
